About Us

Hey y’all, I’m Kate.

I’m the owner of Salt & Shine Cleaning. In May of 2025, my life had a huge change — it called me to be a single mom with three tiny humans to provide and care for. I decided I wanted to make something for my children, so I kept asking myself, “What would my legacy be? What would I be known for?”

I started thinking about what I loved and what brings me joy — and that is serving people. As a daughter of the King, it is my duty to show love and kindness to my neighbors. No college degree, single mom trying to provide for her family, and a whole lot of love and acts of service led me to where we are now.

A mother-owned dream: providing clean, non-toxic products for your home that are safe for everyone. I provide not just cleaning — but community, friendship, prayer, and support. Serving Greater Ventura County with heart.

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 2025

By booking services with Salt & Shine Cleaning Co., you agree to these terms.

Booking

  • All bookings confirmed via email or text
  • First-time clients receive a free walkthrough before their initial clean
  • Recurring clients receive Priority Scheduling

Cancellation

  • 48+ hours notice: no fee
  • 24–48 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • Under 24 hours or no-show: full cancellation fee may apply

Liability

Salt & Shine is fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed fragile items.

Payment

Payment due upon completion. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and card.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2025

Satisfaction Commitment

If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the service date
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

Cancellations

  • 48+ hours: full refund
  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund
  • Under 24 hours: no refund
